A manifesto for what we can build together

What we are trying to build

Compassion as a foundation. Coordination as a practice.

We want to turn compassion into dependable practice: places to learn, ways to meet essential needs, and institutions people can understand, shape, and improve together. The work begins by listening, testing ideas, and remaining accountable to the people they affect.

  1. 01Reliable access to food, shelter, healthcare, and meaningful control over one’s own life.
  2. 02Institutions ordinary people can understand, question, shape, and improve.
  3. 03Coordination grounded in mutual aid, public goods, compassion, and accountable power.
